Not so many moons ago, in a suburb far, far away, I called in a tech person and asked “What is a ‘blog’?” In a short time I’ve gone from complete blog ignorance to having one myself. My readers, therefore, must excuse me if I stumble through it – at least the early stages.
I’ve decided to do this for a couple of reason: first, to have more of a rapport with my readers; second, to work within a more interactive medium where information flows two ways (I often need things); third, to have a forum for displaying the ideas and photographs that didn’t make it into my hard copy stories – that is, to unveil the detritus strewn throughout the landscape of deadline-ravaged thinking.
I hope that folks find this blog informative and fun. I hope also that it can be a place where serious religious thinkers can exchange information in a respectful and civil manner.
Thanks for reading and I’ll see you all in the “blogisphere”! Wow, I feel cooler already.
